The first meal of the day, breakfast, is actually the most important one. However, this meal is often ignored or neglected by many people in the mad rush to make it to the workplace. We often skip breakfast or gobble a hurried one, which is where all the trouble with our diet begins. Breakfast literally means the meal we break our night-long fast with. Since the time gap between the last food we eat(dinner/supper) and the next one(breakfast) is rather long, skipping breakfast or having it haphazardly can seriously affect our health.

In todays fast-paced world, breakfast often becomes a casualty. However, we should be aware of its myriad benefits and kick-start our day with a healthy breakfast. You’ll see the change.
